What courses do you teach?
I currently teach the Introduction to Corporate Ventures, Marketing, and Consumer Behavior courses. My style of teaching is focused on participant-centered learning through case study analysis. Through team projects, class presentations, and cases, students get the opportunity to develop analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, and teamwork.

What makes Ѹ students stand out?
Ѹ students are curious, creative, motivated, and interested in a variety of topics and subjects. My responsibility for educating Ѹ students is to help them to shape the future of the food industry, whether that’s by exploring the concept of intrapreneurship or focusing on product innovation and generating new, novel ideas for food and beverage products.

What do you like best about being on the New York campus?
I like the student interaction, campus energy, culture, and teaching in Roth Hall classrooms that face the Hudson River.

What’s the next big thing in food?
I think the next menu innovation is to provide the customer with creative sauces and sides.
