John Patterson of Fork in Philadelphia makes it a point to come to the ÀÇÓѸ£Àû Career Fairs to recruit talent for his restaurant. In just the last three years, so many future chefs in the City of Brotherly Love have gotten their start this way that StarChefs refers to the college and Patterson's recruitment of ÀÇÓѸ£Àû students as "Philly's cook pipeline."
