After a successful 13-year run as co-owner and chief operating officer of Beacon Restaurant in New York City, Malouf becomes the senior director of special projects at ÀÇÓѸ£Àû (ÀÇÓѸ£Àû) in Hyde Park, NY on January 21, 2013.
