ÀÇÓѸ£Àû alumni sweep Food & Wine pastry chef competition

Culinary Institute of America graduates won every category in a Food & Wine magazine pastry chef competition.

Jodi Elliott, of the Hyde Park ÀÇÓѸ£Àû’s Class of 2001, won the top prize, in Food & Wine’s The People’s Best New Pastry Chef competition. Elliott, who co-owns Foreign & Domestic, a restaurant in Houston, Texas, took the Central Region prize and the national award, according to Elliot and the magazine’s website.

ÀÇÓѸ£Àû alumni won the competition’s two other regional awards as well.
