Yankee Stadium Concessionaire Returns to Alma Mater

C.T. Nice Delivers Address to Ѹ Graduates

Hyde Park, NY – C.T. Nice, Eastern region vice president of Legends Hospitality, spoke to graduates of Ѹ during commencement ceremonies at the college’s New York campus on December 1. As the person responsible for his company’s accounts in the New York area, Nice oversees the fine dining, suite and banquet catering, restaurants, concessions, and retail operations at Yankee Stadium, as well as at more than 20 other venues such as the Prudential Center and the One World Observatory at One World Trade Center.

“One of the great joys of knowing how to cook is the chance to make ‘wow’ moments for family, for friends, and even for strangers,” Mr. Nice told recipients of Ѹ associate degrees in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts. “Be thankful for the life you’ve been given, the degree you’ve earned, and feed that intrinsic desire you have to make people’s days.”

A 1983 Ѹ graduate, Nice joined Legends Hospitality in 2014. Before that, he was principal of the food and beverage consulting firm NiceCo Management and vice president of food and beverage for the sports and entertainment division of Aramark.

Legends Hospitality at Yankee Stadium often recruits Ѹ students at the college’s career fairs.
